 Shipping

If you are shipping an item to us, be sure to comply with the federal and state laws that pertain to you and the item that you are shipping.  This means no ammunition of any kind should be sent to us via mail, and all weapons should arrive unloaded and securely encased.  

 

Specifically regarding our firearms related services, it is the responsibility of the customer to completely and accurately fill out the Custom Order Form that is sent to your email.  This form must be printed out, completed, signed, and enclosed with your property when you ship it to us.  We will provide you with a shipping label to send your firearm frames or slides to us for custom work.  We will also pay to ship your property back to you once work is completed.  We insure all of our shipments.  

  

Returns and Policies

We here at Total Defense Firearms proudly stand behind our work and we do not let anything leave the shop unless we are happy with it.  If for any reason you are dissatisfied, please let us know.  

If you have failed to enclose the Custom Order Form (mentioned above) you will receive a notification that your order was cancelled, and your payment (minus the cost of shipping) will be refunded.

By the nature of our custom work, we offer returns for in-store credit only.  If you wish to initiate a return, please follow this link and include your order number in the message box.  We will contact you in the next 48 hours regarding your return.  We reserve the right to deny any return or exchange based on the totality of the circumstances and entirely at our discretion.
